St. Bede’s were group winners with 5 wins from 5 games, while Stephenson Memorial also qualified for the final after finishing second in the group, a point ahead of Ponteland.

The results show the wonderful consistency and quality of performances that the players displayed throughout the finals at Sport Central. I was extremely proud of the whole team! Jake Waters (Captain), Megan Tooley ( Vice-Captain), Josh Camm, Grace Knowles, Nick Campbell, Francesca Williams and Joseph Wood you are Northumberland Tyne & Wear Basketball Champions, indeed you are the ‘Champions of Champions’- what a wonderful achievement!
